Bar Sand
Bar sand is finer than concrete or mason sand, making it ideal for applications where softness is essential, such as under an above-ground swimming pool. It is also commonly used in the production of various types of mortar, which are necessary for veneering walls or creating outdoor features like fireplaces.
Concrete Sand
Concrete sand is composed of crushed rock, such as limestone, gneiss, granite, or trap rock. After being crushed and filtered at a quarry, it is sold for use in various projects. This type of sand is commonly used as a base for walkways and paver patios.
